Risk Management Committee (RMC)
The Charity’s key risks are reviewed as an ongoing process by the Risk Management Committee and through regular reporting to the Trustees. All County Trustee Board members have a responsibility to identify potential risks and bring them to the attention of the County Trustee Board, which will then be evaluated and included in the register.
