The Northants Scouts Learning Library is your one-stop gateway to the full range of Branching Out learning opportunities available across Northamptonshire. By bringing all optional development pathways together in one place, it makes it easier for volunteers to explore new skills, grow their confidence, and find exactly the learning they need. Branching Out covers a wide variety of topics — from practical Scouting skills and adventurous activities to project management and event leadership — delivered through a mix of face‑to‑face workshops, digital content via My Learning, and locally offered sessions.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your knowledge, gain accreditations, or simply stretch yourself with something new, the Learning Library helps you navigate the wider Learning Tree and see what’s possible. Some Branching Out modules support specialist roles or help you work toward accreditations, while many others are simply there for your own growth and interest.
