An exciting new opportunity has arisen following a restructure. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the development of our Sir John Lowther County Scout Centre (County Centre) near Kettering.
Responsible for the overall management and development of our centre, we are looking for someone who can provide strong leadership and direction to our team of employees and volunteers, and who can develop our Centre to its full potential.
The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, customer care and financial planning.

This role has a competitive pro-rated salary, paid monthly, for 3-4 days a week with up to 30% of the time marketing the centre. There is 5.6 weeks’ holiday per year, pro-rata, inclusive of bank holidays.
